Apple Pie Pizza
Premade pie crust is unrolled onto a baking pan then the edges are folded up and crimped to form a border to hold in all the apple filling.
Chopped apples are mixed with sugar, flour, and cinnamon then spooned into the shaped pie crust and sprinkled with brown sugar streusel.
Once the pizza has cooled slightly, drizzle with store-bought or homemade caramel sauce for an extra depth of flavor.
The apple pie pizza cuts into sturdy slices that can be picked up or served on a plate with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
