Cold Brew Iced Coffee
This recipe could not be easier with only two ingredients and five minutes of prep time.
Compared to simply chilling hot coffee, the process of cold brewing draws out less tannins and acid, making for a smoother, less bitter coffee.
After steeping in the refrigerator for 1-2 days, the coffee is filtered using a mesh strainer lined with paper towels or a fine cloth.
The coffee is finished with a handful of ice. You can also try it with milk and a splash of vanilla simple syrup or in an iced mocha latte.
