Praline Pecans
Pecan halves are coated with an egg white and water mixture then tossed with cinnamon sugar in a Ziplock bag for easy clean up.
Praline pecans are quick and easy with 5 minutes of prep time and are only stirred twice while toasting in the oven for 1 hour. They are soft right out of the oven but become crunchy once completely cooled.
These are great for snacking, sprinkling on ice cream and cakes, or dividing into holiday tins or treat bags and giving away as gifts.
