Strawberry Crème Brownie Cookies are easy cookies made with brownie mix, baked with Valentine’s sprinkles, then topped with a Hershey’s strawberry crème heart.
Substitutions
The Hershey’s strawberry crème chocolates can be substituted with any other chocolate candy such as Reese’s peanut butter hearts or Dove promises.

Mix together brownie mix, cream cheese, oil, and an egg to form the cookie dough. Scoop about 1 ½ tablespoons of dough and press one side into the sprinkles.

Arrange the sprinkle-coated cookie dough on a parchment-lined baking pan and bake for 10-12 minutes, until the cookies have puffed up and small cracks form over the surface.

Remove the cookies from the oven and cool for 2-3 minutes before pressing a chocolate heart into the center of each cookie.

Easy chocolate cookies made with brownie mix and Valentine’s sprinkles then topped with a Hershey’s strawberry crème heart.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Valentine’s sprinkles

  • 1 (18.3-oz) box fudge brownie mix 

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ¼ cup oil

  • 1 egg

  • 1 (8.8-oz) bag Hershey’s strawberry crème hearts

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.    
  • Add the sprinkles to a small bowl and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix together brownie mix and cream cheese until there are no large lumps of cream cheese remaining.
  • Add the oil and egg then stir until well combined.
  • Scoop about 1 ½ tablespoons of the dough and drop into the sprinkles to cover one side. Transfer onto the prepared baking pan with the sprinkle side up then repeat with the remaining cookie dough.
  • Bake 10-12 minutes, until the cookies have puffed up and the tops appear dry with small cracks.
  • Cool for 2-3 minutes then press a chocolate into the center of each cookie. Allow the cookies to cool until the chocolate has hardened.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
