Strawberry Creme Brownie Cookies
Mix together brownie mix, cream cheese, oil, and an egg to form the cookie dough. Scoop about 1 ½ tablespoons of dough and press one side into the sprinkles.
Arrange the sprinkle-coated cookie dough on a parchment-lined baking pan and bake for 10-12 minutes, until the cookies have puffed up and small cracks form over the surface.
Remove the cookies from the oven and cool for 2-3 minutes before pressing a chocolate heart into the center of each cookie.
Allow the cookies to cool completely and the chocolate to harden before transferring to a plate or storage container.
